• We do not collect your name, email, or any personal identifiers.
• We do not store any personal data on our servers.

2. Information We Do Collect

• App Usage: Anonymous analytics (e.g., number of sessions, feature taps) to help improve the app.
• Favorites: Facts you save are stored locally on your device and never leave your phone.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Improve Phaaacts: Aggregate analytics help us understand which features you love.
• Bug Fixes: Crash reports (if enabled) allow us to diagnose and resolve issues.

4. Third-Party Services

• UselessFacts API: We fetch random facts from https://uselessfacts.jsph.pl/. That service may collect its own usage data—please refer to their policy.
• Analytics/Crash Reporting: We use Firebase Crashlytics for crash reports and Firebase Analytics (optional). These services have their own privacy policies.

5. Security

• Data stored on your device is sandboxed by iOS.
• We never transmit or store any personal data externally.

6. Children’s Privacy

Phaaacts is intended for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We’ll post the new “Effective Date” at the top and notify you via the App Store release notes.
